Mazed began as a design project for multiple of the world's top SaaS companies to build a solution for scaling their live customer onboarding and support operations.

This allowed us to explore the possibilities of a fully multimodal (text, voice and vision in realtime) system. We built Mazed as a platform to build, deploy and monitor these agents.

Here's what we know:
